Not Gonna Kick Myself

Okay so I have been failing miserably at updating my blog & keeping track of my progress, but it’s okay because I’m not gonna let it happen again! I’ve been doing okay with my workouts…missed a couple of days while I was traveling/going to friends’ houses. But I still have about 4 weeks left to kick everything into high gear. I need to focus more on my eating habits, & working out my specific target areas. So far I haven’t gained any weight & I’ve lost 1/2 an inch on my waist, abs, & neck.
